Frequently Asked Questions
Production of the watches will commence once all orders have been collected and processed, including any personal engraving requests. After this, we estimate approximately 8 months for manufacturing, followed by the start of deliveries.
The limited edition numbers are allocated based on the order date and time. Earlier orders receive lower numbers.
Transavia requests that employees use their Transavia or Air France email address when placing an order, if possible.
You will receive periodic email updates throughout the production process, keeping you informed about the progress of your order. Once your watch is ready to ship, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. If you need to change your shipping address before dispatch, please reply to your original order confirmation email with the updated information. We will do our best to accommodate your request, provided the watch has not yet been shipped and the country of shipping does not change.
The Voyageur GMT for Transavia is an exclusive model, specially designed for this project. Thanks to the collaboration with Transavia and Airbus, we have obtained permission to use their brands and logos. The regular retail price of a comparable Swiss Made GMT Automatic watch would typically be around €1,400.
